Issue: New serial number is created with IQ01, but the system is showing the serial number history which is irrelevant to the new serial number.

Solution: As per the analysis, it is found that the system is generating the new Equipment number, but the same number is already available in OBJK table which stored different old Serial number and material number. Due to this reason, the history is shown as per the OBJK table entry.

1. Find the latest Equipment number from OBJK Table.
2. Go to SNRO and input the Object as EQUIP_NR. Now click on Interval editing and then NR Status. Input the latest Equipment number from OBJK table and save.

Once the latest Equipment number in OBJK and EQUI table are matched, system will create the new serial numbers without any issues.
