Hi Ganesh,
I have a doubt, while creating customer master which sales area we need to give whether it is supply plant sales area or receiving plant sales area,
Maximum perentage of companies will use Single Sales organization for single company code so your question may not be arised generally. Still if I want to give single answer to your question, customer has to be created with Sales area details of Supplying Plant at receiving plant. So this customer no is assigned to receiving plant in configuration. I hope this answer is clear for you.

As valuation area will be either Plant or Company Code. So when we transfer the stock from One storage location to other storage location within same plant, there wont be any accounting entries

Is that Right.
Yes. Intra company STO one step is 647 and Inter company STO one step is 645. Anyway SAP has provided one step STO processes but maximum companies use two step process only. Because they need to track the stock in transit in between GI and GR.
Yes. 647 is the one step movement type for Intra Company STO with delivery process
