Issue: Inconsistency between MB52 and IQ09

Solution: When you find the inconsistency of Serial number stock with normal stock, we must fix this with Physical Inventory Process.

For example, MB52 of Material in Storage Location SL01 has 1 PC but IQ09 has 4 PC. And SL02 has 15 PC in MB52 but IQ09 has 12 PC. You can follow the below solution steps to fix the issue.

Go to MI10 (MI10 is single transaction which will complete MI01, MI04 and MI07 in one step) and input the Plant, Storage Location and give the ticket number as reference under Physical Inventory reference.
Input the Material and quantity. You must select the Material and location which needs to be decreased first. In this case, it will be SL01. System will ask you to input the actual remaining serial number so you can give 1 serial in this case. Once you posted, remaining 3 serials will be out from the stock.
Then follow the similar process for SL01 location and input increased stock of 15 PC and all serial numbers and post it.
