Solution: When the Purchase Order is created in SAP, system will fetch the below important information from Purchase Info record.

1. Net Price   
2. Tax Code
3. Confirmation Control Key
4. Under Delivery Tolerance %
5. Over Delivery Tolerance %
6. GR Based IV flag
7. No ERS flag

And there are few fields which will play the key role in Purchase Order.

1. Minimum Quantity and Maximum Quantity are used to control the Purchase order item quantity.
2. Planned Delivery Time in days control the Delivery Date of the Purchase Order.
